Airdrop Terms & Conditions

These Airdrop Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Dlicom Pre-Token Generation Event (“Pre-TGE”) airdrop campaign (the “Airdrop”) operated by Dlicom Labs Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (“Dlicom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, registering for, or participating in the Airdrop in any manner, including but not limited to connecting a wallet, completing campaign actions, or interacting with any Airdrop-related interface, the user (“User”, “you”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with:

  • the Dlicom Terms of Service
  • the Dlicom Privacy Policy
  • the Token Risk Disclosure
  • any applicable Presale Disclaimer

In the event of any inconsistency, Dlicom reserves the right to determine the applicable interpretation at its sole discretion.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the Airdrop.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

  • “Airdrop” means the Dlicom Pre-TGE promotional campaign designed to incentivize user engagement, onboarding, and ecosystem participation through a structured system of tasks, referrals, and activity-based criteria.
  • “User” means any individual or entity that accesses, interacts with, or participates in the Airdrop.
  • “Wallet” means a blockchain-based digital wallet (including but not limited to a Dlicom wallet) used by a User to interact with the Airdrop, perform on-chain actions, and establish identity linkage.
  • “Verified User” means a User who has satisfied Dlicom's internal verification criteria, which may include completion of required tasks, wallet linkage, social account validation, and/or any other conditions determined by Dlicom.
  • “Referral” means a User introduced to the Airdrop through another User's referral mechanism, subject to meeting defined verification and eligibility conditions.
  • “Campaign Actions” means any actions, tasks, or requirements defined by Dlicom as part of the Airdrop, including but not limited to wallet connection, manifesto signature, social media engagement, community participation, and referral activities.
  • “Snapshot” means a periodic or scheduled evaluation conducted by Dlicom to assess User status, eligibility, compliance, activity, rankings, or any other campaign-related metrics.
  • “Tier” means any classification, level, or ranking assigned to a User based on predefined or discretionary criteria, which may include activity, engagement, referrals, token holding, staking, or other factors.
  • “Rewards” means any potential benefits, allocations, tokens, or incentives that may be distributed by Dlicom in connection with the Airdrop, subject to these Terms.

Dlicom reserves the right to interpret, modify, or expand these definitions at its sole discretion where necessary for the operation of the Airdrop.

The Airdrop is a promotional, engagement-based campaign designed to support the growth and adoption of the Dlicom ecosystem.

The Airdrop:

  • is not a lottery, giveaway, or guaranteed distribution event
  • is not an offer of securities, financial instruments, or investment products
  • does not create any contractual right to receive tokens or other Rewards
  • does not establish any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between Dlicom and any User

Participation in the Airdrop is voluntary and may involve completing a series of Campaign Actions, which may include on-chain interactions, social media engagement, and community participation.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation does not guarantee eligibility for any Rewards
  • Participation does not guarantee any specific allocation or value
  • Any Rewards, if distributed, are subject to internal criteria, verification processes, and Dlicom's sole discretion
  • The Airdrop structure, mechanics, and outcomes may evolve over time

Dlicom expressly reserves the right to:

  • define, modify, or remove Campaign Actions
  • adjust eligibility criteria, scoring systems, or Tier structures
  • introduce or remove incentives or participation requirements
  • determine the final outcome of the Airdrop at its sole discretion

Nothing in this Airdrop shall be interpreted as financial advice or as creating any expectation of profit.

Participation in the Airdrop is open only to individuals who meet the required legal and practical conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher. By participating, you confirm that you are legally permitted to engage in blockchain-based activities and that doing so does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you.

The Airdrop may not be available in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful where you are located. Dlicom may restrict or limit access to the Airdrop in specific regions at its discretion.

Each participant is expected to act as a single user. The use of multiple accounts, coordinated identities, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage through technical or behavioral manipulation is not permitted. Dlicom may determine what constitutes a single user based on available data and internal assessment methods.

Eligibility is not determined only at the moment of entry. It may be reviewed at any stage of the campaign, and participation may be limited or revoked if the applicable conditions are no longer met.

The Airdrop is structured as an ongoing campaign rather than a one-time action. Participation may involve a combination of on-chain and off-chain steps, and certain requirements may need to be maintained over time.

Access to the Airdrop requires the use of a blockchain wallet. Users are responsible for creating or importing their wallet, connecting it to the system, and maintaining control over it. Dlicom does not store private keys and cannot assist in recovering lost access. All blockchain interactions are public by nature and cannot be reversed.

Some actions may require interaction with blockchain infrastructure, including signing messages or interacting with smart contracts. These actions form part of the verification process and may be necessary to establish participation.

Users may also be required to complete actions outside the platform, such as engaging with Dlicom's social or community channels. These actions may be subject to periodic checks and may need to be maintained in order to remain eligible within the campaign.

Where referral mechanisms are used, a referral will only be recognized if the referred participant satisfies the applicable requirements. Registration alone does not constitute a valid referral.

Participation is assessed over time. Completing individual steps does not, on its own, establish eligibility or guarantee any outcome. All participation remains subject to verification and ongoing compliance with the campaign requirements.

The Airdrop is structured as a live campaign that may evolve over time. It is not a fixed or static program, and participation is not limited to a predefined or final set of actions.

As the campaign develops, Dlicom may introduce new tasks, remove existing ones, or change how participation is measured and evaluated. Certain actions may be completed once, while others may require continued engagement or ongoing compliance.

Participation is therefore not based solely on completing a checklist, but on overall activity, consistency, and alignment with the campaign requirements as they exist at any given time.

Dlicom retains full discretion in determining how actions are counted, validated, and weighted within the campaign.

Participation in the Airdrop does not automatically result in a user being recognized as valid or eligible. Dlicom applies internal verification criteria to determine whether a participant qualifies as a verified user.

Verification may depend on a combination of factors, including wallet linkage, completion of required steps, and successful validation of social or community activity. This status is not permanent and may be reassessed at any stage of the campaign.

Referrals are treated in the same way. A referral is not considered valid merely because a user signs up or accesses the platform through a referral link. For a referral to be recognized, the referred participant must meet the applicable requirements and pass verification checks.

Dlicom reserves the right to reject or disregard any referral that does not meet its internal standards, including cases involving incomplete participation, duplicate accounts, or behavior that appears artificial or manipulative.

All decisions relating to verification and referral validity are made solely by Dlicom and are final.

As part of the Airdrop, Dlicom may use internal systems such as points, rankings, or tier classifications to reflect user participation within the campaign.

These systems are indicative only. They are designed to track activity and engagement, but they do not represent fixed results or final outcomes. A user's position or status may change over time depending on their level of participation and continued compliance with campaign requirements.

Dlicom may modify how these systems operate at any time, including adjusting scoring logic, redefining tiers, or recalibrating rankings. Such changes may apply retroactively where necessary to maintain the integrity of the campaign.

Nothing within these systems should be interpreted as creating any entitlement, expectation, or right to receive rewards or token allocations.

Dlicom may conduct periodic evaluations of user participation throughout the campaign. These evaluations, referred to as snapshots, are used to assess ongoing activity, verify compliance, and update user status where applicable.

Participation in the Airdrop is not determined at a single point in time. Continued eligibility may depend on maintaining certain conditions, and a user's status may change if those conditions are no longer met.

Dlicom reserves the right to review, adjust, or recalculate any aspect of the campaign data, including previously recorded results, where discrepancies, inconsistencies, or abuse are identified.

These processes are part of maintaining a fair and functional campaign environment and may affect rankings, tiers, or eligibility at any stage.

Participation in the Airdrop does not create any right, claim, or entitlement to receive tokens, rewards, or any other benefit under any circumstances.

Any distribution that may occur in connection with the Airdrop is entirely discretionary. Dlicom has no obligation to distribute any tokens or rewards, whether or not a participant has completed all or any campaign actions.

Completion of tasks, accumulation of points, rankings, tiers, or any form of participation metric does not guarantee eligibility, allocation, or receipt of any tokens or rewards.

All determinations relating to eligibility, qualification, allocation, and distribution are made solely by Dlicom and are final.

Dlicom reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to:

  • modify, reduce, delay, or cancel any distribution
  • change the nature, structure, or criteria of rewards
  • withhold or revoke allocations, including after they have been initially indicated or calculated

Any distribution, if it occurs, may be subject to additional terms, including claim procedures, vesting conditions, technical requirements, or further verification.

The Airdrop is experimental in nature and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without obligation or liability.

Nothing in the Airdrop, including any communication, interface, metric, or representation, shall be interpreted as a promise, commitment, or guarantee of receiving tokens, value, or financial benefit.

Any activity resulting from technical errors, unintended system behavior, bugs, or vulnerabilities, including but not limited to loopholes in referral logic, scoring mechanisms, or campaign actions, may be deemed invalid.

Dlicom reserves the right to disregard, reverse, or nullify any such activity, and to adjust or remove any associated points, rankings, tiers, or eligibility outcomes at its sole discretion.

Participation that relies on exploiting unintended behavior shall not be recognized under any circumstances.

Participation in the Airdrop must be carried out in good faith. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or undermine the integrity of the campaign is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts, coordinated identities, automated scripts, or any form of artificial activity intended to gain an unfair advantage. Users must not engage in deceptive practices such as creating false referrals, generating fake engagement, or misrepresenting participation in any way.

Any attempt to bypass verification mechanisms, interfere with the operation of the campaign, or exploit technical or logical vulnerabilities may result in immediate action.

Users are also expected to engage with the campaign and related content responsibly. This includes avoiding misleading, harmful, or inappropriate public content in connection with the Airdrop, as well as respecting the rules of any third-party platforms involved.

Dlicom reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct is considered abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the intended operation of the Airdrop.

Dlicom reserves the right to take action against any participant whose conduct is inconsistent with these Terms or the intended operation of the Airdrop.

This may include, without limitation, restricting access, removing participation status, adjusting rankings or metrics, rejecting referrals, or disqualifying a user entirely from the campaign.

Disqualification may occur where Dlicom reasonably determines that a participant has engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative behavior, or has otherwise attempted to gain an unfair advantage. This includes situations where activity appears artificial, coordinated, or inconsistent with genuine user participation.

Dlicom may also take action where required conditions are not met, whether at the time of participation or at any later stage of the campaign.

All decisions relating to enforcement, including verification outcomes, eligibility status, and disqualification, are made at Dlicom's discretion. Dlicom is not obligated to provide detailed explanations or evidence in support of such decisions.

Where appropriate, Dlicom may review or reassess prior results and take corrective action, including the reversal of previously recorded outcomes.

Dlicom reserves the right to modify the Airdrop at any time.

This includes the ability to change:

  • campaign structure
  • participation requirements
  • scoring systems, tiers, or rankings
  • timelines, deadlines, or phases
  • eligibility criteria or verification processes

Such changes may be made without prior notice where necessary for the proper operation of the campaign.

Dlicom may also suspend or discontinue the Airdrop, in whole or in part, at its discretion. This may occur for operational, technical, legal, or strategic reasons, including where continuation of the campaign is no longer feasible or appropriate.

Where the Airdrop is modified, suspended, or terminated, Dlicom shall not be liable for any loss of participation status, rankings, potential rewards, or expected outcomes.

Participation in the Airdrop is therefore understood to be conditional and subject to change at any time.

Participation in the Airdrop may involve interaction with third-party platforms, services, and technologies that are not owned or controlled by Dlicom.

These may include, without limitation, blockchain networks, digital wallets, social media platforms (such as X), messaging platforms (such as Telegram and Discord), and related infrastructure.

Dlicom does not operate or control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, performance, or security. Participation in the Airdrop may therefore be affected by factors outside of Dlicom's control, including network congestion, platform outages, account restrictions, or changes in third-party policies.

Users are solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party services they use in connection with the Airdrop.

Dlicom shall not be liable for any loss, delay, failure, or inability to participate resulting from issues related to third-party platforms or infrastructure.

The Airdrop is provided solely as a promotional and engagement-based campaign. Nothing in the Airdrop, or in any related materials, communications, or platform interfaces, constitutes or should be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Participation in the Airdrop does not create any expectation of profit, return, or financial benefit. Any reference to points, rankings, tiers, or potential rewards is for internal campaign purposes only and does not represent or imply any economic value or entitlement.

Digital assets and blockchain-based systems are inherently risky and may involve significant uncertainty. These risks include, but are not limited to, market volatility, loss of value, technical failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, and changes in regulatory or legal frameworks.

By participating in the Airdrop, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • you are acting on your own initiative
  • you have not relied on any representation or statement made by Dlicom as a basis for financial decision-making
  • you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with your participation

You further acknowledge that Dlicom makes no representations or warranties regarding the future availability, value, or functionality of any token or reward that may be associated with the Airdrop.

Users are strongly encouraged to review the Dlicom Token Risk Disclosure and to seek independent professional advice before engaging in any token-related activity.

Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations that may arise in connection with their participation in the Airdrop, including the receipt of any tokens or rewards. Dlicom does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or report taxes on behalf of users.

Participation in the Airdrop must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the user's jurisdiction. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their participation is lawful and permitted.

Dlicom makes no representations regarding the legal or tax treatment of the Airdrop in any jurisdiction and shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from a user's failure to comply with applicable laws or tax requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dlicom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Airdrop.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of access, loss of rewards, or any inability to qualify for or receive tokens, regardless of the cause.

Dlicom shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, or disruption resulting from technical issues, including but not limited to blockchain network congestion, smart contract errors, wallet failures, system outages, or third-party platform interruptions.

Participation in the Airdrop is at your own risk. You acknowledge that the campaign operates in a decentralized and technology-dependent environment, and that no system is guaranteed to be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

In all circumstances, Dlicom's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in no event shall exceed a nominal amount.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dlicom, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • your participation in the Airdrop
  • your breach of these Terms
  • your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • any misuse of the platform, systems, or campaign mechanisms
  • any fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity carried out by you

This obligation applies regardless of whether such claims arise from your direct actions or from activity conducted through your wallet, account, or participation profile.

Dlicom reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate fully in such defense.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with the Airdrop or these Terms, including their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

Unless otherwise determined by Dlicom, arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution, and the seat of arbitration shall be Paris, France, with proceedings conducted in English.

You agree that:

  • arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive method of dispute resolution
  • you waive any right to bring claims before local courts, except where such waiver is not permitted by law
  • any dispute shall be handled on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action

Dlicom reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or enforce these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dlicom in relation to the Airdrop and supersede any prior discussions, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure by Dlicom to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be expressly stated and shall apply only to the specific instance for which it is given.

Dlicom may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at its discretion, including in connection with corporate restructuring, partnerships, or the operation of the Airdrop. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations without prior written consent from Dlicom.
